Our Story
Founded in 1996, Hangzhou Bosheen Industrial Belt Co., Ltd. is a large-scale manufacturer integrating R&D, production, processing and sales of industrial belts.
Our range covers rubber timing belts, PU steel-cord timing belts, nylon base belts, PVC conveyor belts, poly-V belts, flat belts and timing pulleys. As an industry pioneer and benchmark, our products serve customers nationwide and worldwide.

Nylon Base Belt for Folder Gluer
In the packaging & printing industry, the folder gluer is the last process for carton production. It folds die-cut printed cardboard and glues flaps, replacing manual work to cut labor cost and boost efficiency.
Perforated Drive Belt
Perforations on industrial belts fall into through holes and counterbore holes. Through holes are generally round. Counterbore holes can be round, square, diamond, conical, oval or custom shapes as requested.
PU Short Seamless Timing Belt
This PU seamless timing belt features high transmission efficiency up to 98%~99.5%. It realizes precise synchronous non-slip drive with minimal backlash. Lubrication-free, oil & moisture resistant, it causes no contamination for food, paper, textile and automotive industries.
Grooved Back Timing Belt
Grooved back timing belts can be customized with transverse or longitudinal grooves for multiple purposes. Transverse grooves prevent belt side-shifting for positioning. Longitudinal arc grooves ensure stable traction of pipes and cables. Transverse grooves hold rolling materials, enabling precise conveying and climbing. Grooves drain water and chips to avoid product scratches. They also reduce adhesion for easy handling of glass and steel plates. Custom grooving is available for special machinery requirements.
Stainless Steel Cleated Timing Belt (With Teflon)
This timing belt can be welded with custom stainless steel cleats for single or multiple-belt synchronized conveying. Cleats are customizable according to product size and shape. It enables precise interval positioning for equipment such as inkjet printers. Various fixtures can be fitted, and nuts can be embedded on cleats for screw mounting, featuring high stability and accurate positioning. The Teflon coating offers excellent heat resistance and non-stick performance.
PVC Cleated Conveyor Belt
PVC cleated conveyor belt features wide application, small footprint, low investment and maintenance cost, saving labor and materials to improve efficiency. It solves the limitation of plain and patterned belts for inclined conveying, and can be equipped with customized frames to avoid conveying interruption. It transports bulk goods like biscuits and grain at horizontal, vertical and inclined angles, handling materials from fine particles up to 400mm. It supports bulk material conveying at angles from 0° to 90°.
Poly V Belt
Poly V belt is a circular rubber drive belt based on flat belt, with 40° equally spaced trapezoidal ribs on the inner surface. It combines the flexibility of flat belts and compact high-efficiency features of V-belts. It offers larger contact area and even load distribution, delivering 30% higher power and saving 25% installation space than standard V-belts. Thin, lightweight and flexible, it works with small pulleys and multi-pulley transmission, with belt speed up to 40m/s. It features low vibration, low heat generation, reverse-side drive and automatic tension adjustment. Heat, oil and wear resistant, low elongation and long service life. Ideal for compact, high-power high-speed transmission. Available in PH, PJ, PK, PL, PM profiles.
Perforated Conveyor Belt
Perforated conveyor belts are available in through holes and counterbore holes. Through holes are generally round. Counterbore holes can be round, square, diamond, conical, oval or custom shapes. Through holes penetrate the entire belt, while counterbore holes are recessed on one side only. It features vacuum suction, fixture mounting, water drainage and precise positioning. Other custom functions are available upon request.
Conveyor Belt for Ceramic Bottom Scrubbing Machine (Sponge Covered Conveyor Belt)
This sponge-covered conveyor belt is bonded with premium adhesive for firm seams that resist cracking, featuring a smooth surface. It is flexible, durable and highly wear-resistant against friction. For operation, run the belt in one direction and match material speed with belt speed. Keep material drop height under 1m to reduce impact. Install bar screens on feed chutes to cushion large materials. Proper daily maintenance helps extend service life.
